Getting Ready For A Village ChristmasSPONSOR UPDATE: Christmas at Faith Children’s Village! Christmas is just around the corner! Hard to believe that the year has gone by so quickly. Our plan for Christmas for the orphan children is similar to what we did last year. If you would like to be part of providing a Christmas gift for the children at Faith Children’s Village we suggest a $25 donation for your child. Lori has already sized all the children and assessed the needs. An appropriate gift will be purchased for your child and given on your behalf. These funds will also provide a Christmas dinner and the traditional Zambian Christmas Cake. As FCV has grown (we now have 53 children) we have a need for for a new “insaka”. If there is enough Christmas money a group gift for the Village will be to put toward erecting a new “insaka” - a larger meeting place made of poles with a tin roof and concrete floor where children can play in the rainy season and where the village can hold meetings.
